Ellie Siegel is an attorney, business consultant and advisor. She founded Longview Strategic LLC to assist entities pursuing permits and developing operations in regulated cannabis markets throughout the country, and has consulted to companies engaging with cannabis businesses from the healthcare, pharmaceutical, technology and fitness industries.
As a compliment to Longview Strategic LLC, Ms. Siegel co-founded Carmody Siegel LLC, a boutique law firm handling matters of general corporate law, mergers and acquisitions and the private placement of securities.
Ms. Siegel is an Advisor to Greenhouse Ventures LLC, a startup accelerator for ancillary companies in the cannabis and industrial hemp industries. She has also supported multiple cannabis research organizations, fostering collaboration between universities and personally connecting the Lambert Center for the Study of Medicinal Cannabis and Hemp at Thomas Jefferson University to its namesake donor, Barry Lambert.
Additionally, she is Co-Producing a documentary film on innovation and inventiveness in the cannabis industry in collaboration with the Emmy award winning, Pennsylvania-based documentary film company, History Making Productions.
Ms. Siegel is from South Jersey, completed her JD and MBA at Rutgers University, and received her undergraduate BFA from the Tisch School for the Arts at New York University. She is currently completing Post-Graduate Certificates in Medical Product Development as well as Regulatory Affairs and Compliance at the University of California, Irvine.
